Limited edition pop-up book supporting The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Maître Chocolatier Marijn Coertjens at the 2015 World Chocolate Masters competition in Paris. Marijn Coertjens resulted in a third-place finish and won two of the individual prizes – “Press Award” and “Best Artistic Creation – Where Nature Goes”.
